I learned of Jim's untimely passing only today, having been out of the area for the past two weeks. Jim was an unusually fine person I always enjoyed visiting with him when the occasions arose, usually at Ole Miss or Bar functions. Jim will be greatly missed by many. His family has my deepest sympathy.
