Our thoughts and prayers will be with the whole family in your time of sorrow. It was always a pleasure to visit with Mr. Jim when I stopped by the office or saw him at the Courthouse. He was a one-of-a-kind individual who treated everyone with warmth and courtesy. His was a life well-lived and one worthy of honor.
