Condolences

Condolence From: Chuck Bryant
Condolence: I was so sad at the passing of my long time friend Ed. We were buddies way back in college (Olivet Nazarene University) in Kankakee, IL. We had many great times together, and used to sing together in the Vikings Male Chorus. We have kept in contact through the years, although I had not seen him for nearly 20 years,(living in the west) we talked by phone periodically. His gentle spirit, great singing voice, and piano skills will be missed. I will never forget his great friendship and mourn his lost, but know he is now at rest in a better place. God Bless his memory.

Condolence: So sorry to hear of Ed's passing away. I was that baby he watched for my parents in Italy, 38 years ago. It was so good to reconnect with Ed for the past 20 years when he visited Hot Springs, and he in turn got to see my kids on several occasions. We always loved to hear stories of his travels and many different collections, often sprinkled with hilarious circumstances. He will certainly be missed by all those who knew him.

Condolence: Rest in Peace, Ed. The world was a better place because you were in it. Sadly you were taken from us too early.
Walt & I were lucky enough to get to know you when you lived & worked in Ogden & each time I saw you my day was brighter. You were a wonderful host for Thanksgiving in 1999 when I was working on the Y2K project in Memphis. My condolences to your family.
Sincerely, Gordon Satteson

Condolence: So sorry to hear about Ed passing on. I know he wanted to go back to Italy "one more time". We met in Italy in 1977. He was my first babysitter, he loved cold pizza for breakfast, and he loved to come over on Monday and go to market in San Vito. In the last several years we've gotten to visit most Memorial Day Weekends when he came to Arkansas. I'll miss you old friend. Ciao.

Condolence: I am so sorry to hear that Ed passed away. He was a great guy and good friend to all who knew him. I worked with him for years at IRS. I loved hearing about his trips to Italy. We were blessed to be able to go to Italy with him and Pat in November 2012. It was the trip of a lifetime made even more wonderful by Ed being the greatest tour guide in the world. He loved life and loved to share his joy. He was loved and will be missed.
