Edward John Prochaska, III, 63, of Como, MS, passed away on Tuesday, September 1, 2015 at Baptist Memorial Hospital – DeSoto in Southaven, MS.

He was a member of Como United Methodist Church, where he used his gift as an accomplished musician by serving in the choir and as church pianist. He enjoyed traveling to exotic destinations and especially visiting Italy. He was a connoisseur of fine foods and beverages and enjoyed the finer things of life. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force and retired after 24 years of service for the Internal Revenue Service.

Mr. Prochaska is survived by his mother, Mae Jean Kroll of Gainesville, MO; three sisters, Ginny Liberto (Larry) of Victoria, MS; Donna Burhoe of Horn Lake, MS; and Patricia Bleeker (Gary) of Albuquerque, NM; 4 nephews; 1 niece; and 10 great-nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Edward John Prochaska, Jr. and one very special Nephew, Daniel Anderson.
