Susan Patricia Barnett Rutherford 68, of Senatobia, MS passed away on Friday, March 13, 2020 at Panola Medical Center Hospital in Batesville.

Mrs. Rutherford was born on February 24, 1952 in New York to Hazel Louise Cole and Harold Frank Barnett. She was a member of Bently Creek Wesley Methodist Church in Bently Creek, PA. She loved the outdoors and nature, especially her many animals. Mrs. Rutherford loved to cook and enjoyed many hobbies, including various kinds of craftwork, sewing and embroidering. She will be remembered as a kind, loving lady and a very devoted wife.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband of forty-five years, William “Bill” Rutherford of Senatobia, one daughter, Ruth Outhouse of Canandaigua, NY and three sisters, Bonna Jean Reid (Greg) of Kentucky, Lynn Marie Hefferon of Waterloo, NY and Joy Michelle Coddington (Chet) of Elmira, NY. She was preceded in death by one daughter, Patricia Lynn Vecchio and her parents.

Graveside services and Interment will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, March 16, 2020 at Mount Vernon Cemetery in Tate County. Ray-Nowell Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
