Mrs. Cook is survived by nine daughters, Ollie Coleman (Bob), Peggy Shull (Tommy) , Mildred Hamilton (Brewer), Evelyn Pladey (Tom), Lucille Schriver, Brenda Dover (Oliver), Carol Tierce (George), Sandra Mayo (Don) and Ann Spires (Bobby); five sons, John Cook (Lola), James Earl Cook (Susie), James Albert Cook (Diane), Charles Cook (Bobbie) and Donnie Cook (Sandra); two sisters, Dora Crawford and Martha Davis; 28 grandchildren, 42 great-grandchildren and 8 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, the late Jessie Alba Cook, two sisters, one brother and her parents, the late Henry Bradley and Lizzie Mae Monley Bradley.
