Mr. Columbus Lentz, III, passed away on Sunday, August 4, 2013 at Baptist Memorial Hospital - DeSoto in Southaven, MS. Mr. Lentz is survived by his wife, Marsha Lentz of Coldwater, MS; two daughters, Jaymie Lentz of Southaven, MS and Patricia Engel of Layton, UT and two grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
