Obituary for Billy Ray Wren

Billy Ray  Wren
BBilly Ray Wren, 62, of Senatobia, MS, passed away Sunday, April 26, 2015, in Tunica County, MS.

Mr. Wren served in the Mississippi Army National Guard, and was owner of Mr. Billy’s Pizza and The Barn Bar and Grille. He loved music and was a former member of The All American Band. A very compassionate person, he was always willing to help others and took excellent care of his wife in her time of need. He was very devoted to his family and will be remembered as a loving husband, father and grandfather.

His loving wife, Alisha Mae Wren, subsequently passed away later the same day. He is survived by one daughter, Marcie Thweatt of Oxford, MS; two sons, Billy E. Wren (Amy) of Olive Branch, MS and Christian M. Wren of Senatobia, MS; two brothers, Donald E. Wren and John Albert Wren, both of Oxford, MS; five grandchildren, Madison, Elana, and Joshua Wren and Mikayla and Tanner Thweatt; ; two half-sisters, Mavis Hunt and Shirley Shaw, both of Ashland, MS; and three half-brothers, Grover Cleve Carroll of Orlando, FL, Johnny Wren of Ripley, MS, and Kenneth Tucker of Ashland, MS. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mary Katherine Mason Carroll and John William Wren; and one sister, Linda Faye Alexander.
