Ms. Virginia "Sissie" Wilson, 68, of Darden, TN, formerly of Sardis, MS, passed away at her home on Friday, June 5, 2020.

Sissie was born on July 15, 1951 in Sardis, MS to the late Lora Moore Wilson and George Thomas Wilson. She was a member of Sardis Presbyterian Church and was a kind and loving person who loved everyone. Her kind heart and sweet smile will surely be missed.

Left behind to cherish her memory are her sisters, Christy Keeton (Calvin) of Batesville, MS and Shirley Mahoney (Chris) of Darden, TN; her brother, Tommy Gene Wilson of Sardis, MS; and her nieces, Heather Leitch, Bennie Stone, Angel Mahoney, & Cheryl Webb.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 9, 2020 in the Sardis Chapel of Ray-Nowell Funeral Home with Rev. Clay Moore officiating. Interment will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held in the funeral home on Tuesday from 12 pm - 1 pm.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to The Alzheimer's Foundation.
