Obituary for Patricia Ann DeLancey (Hardison)
Patricia Ann Hardison DeLancey, 64, passed away on Sunday, November 10, 2019 at her home in Senatobia, MS. Mrs. DeLancey was born in Memphis on August 6, 1955 to Margaret Odell Hardison and Edward Lefond Hardison, Sr. She was a member of Strayhorn Baptist Church. Known as Trisha, she was a “free spirit” and a very stylish lady who was always smiling and made every situation a celebration. She loved jewelry and diamonds and enjoyed dancing, singing, shopping and traveling. She will be remembered as a devoted wife, mother and grandmother and friend.
Left behind to cherish her memory are her husband of 30 years, Robert Delancey of Senatobia; two daughters, Stephanie Hawkins of Hernando and Krystal DeLancey of Senatobia; one son, Heath Hawkins (Socorro) of Senatobia; one sister, Liz Beard (Gregg) of Strayhorn; one brother, Lefond Hardison, Jr. (Lisa) of Strayhorn; her mother, Margaret Odell Hardison; and seven grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, Edward Lefond Hardison, Sr.
Funeral services will be at 12 p.m on Wednesday, November 13, 2019 in the Senatobia Chapel of Ray-Nowell Funeral Home. Visitation will be held in the funeral home on Tuesday, November 12, 2019 from 6-8 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to any charity of the donor’s choice. Ray-Nowell Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
