Mrs. Cosby is survived by one daughter, Judy Karr (Jerry) of Pontotoc, MS; two sons, Larry Wayne Cosby (Pat) and Mike Cosby (Janie), both of Water Valley, MS; one sister, Lyda Jo Vick of Courtland; six grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren. Mrs. Cosby was preceded in death by her husband, the late Shuford Cosby; one daughter, the late Mary Jo Cosby; one son, the late Bill Cosby; and her parents, the late William Hulett Brewer and Mary Lakley Brewer.
