Obituary for Michael Ray Cain

Michael Ray Cain, 63, passed away on March 4, 2024 in Coldwater, MS. He was born on December 23, 1960, in Virginia to the late Wanda Beckner Cain and John Cain.

Michael was a Journeyman electrician with IBEW Local 129 in Ohio for 42 years. He enjoyed both hunting and fishing in his spare time. He loved sports, such as baseball, football and NASCAR racing. Michael was truly a “biker” at heart. His greatest passion was riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle, whether it was a local ride or across country. He was a devoted family man who loved his wife, daughters, and especially his three grandchildren. Michael cherished spending time with his friends, whom he considered as dear to his heart as his family.

Left to cherish his memory includes his wife, Michelle Cain of Coldwater; daughters, Tori Cain of Elyria, OH and Nicole Cain of Phoenix, AZ; step-father, Bob Hazen of Strawberry, AZ; brothers, Shane Cain (June) of Coldwater, and Randy Hazen (Courtney) of Surprise, AZ; three grandchildren, Aliyana, Avrielle, and Kamden; sister-in-law, Robin Cain of MD; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Michael is preceded in death by his parents, Wanda and John Cain; and his brother, John Cain.

A memorial service will be announced by the family at a later time.

Ray Nowell Funeral Home is honored to serve the Cain family during this time of sadness.
