Obituary for James Alan Fitts Jr.
James Alan Fitts, Jr, 47, passed away on April 11, 2020 at his home in Como, MS.
Mr. Fitts was born on November 25, 1972 in Metairie, LA to Sunny Pennington and James Alan Fitts, Sr. He was a true outdoorsman, who enjoyed hunting, fishing and riding four-wheelers. He loved country music and was a great fan of NASCAR. He will be remembered as a very generous and caring person and a devoted father.
Left to cherish his memory is his son, James Alan Fitts, III; his mother, Sunny Pennington, of Baton Rouge, LA; one sister, Stormi Jones; one brother, Erik Chance Glover and his fiancé, Christy Hester. Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, April 14, 2020 at Peach Creek Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be sent to The American Cancer Society or a charity of the donor’s choice.
Due to social distancing restrictions, we must limit guests at the graveside to no more than 8 individuals.
Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Ray-Nowell Funeral Home.
