Obituary for Eva Lou Wilson (Hendrix)
Mrs. Eva Lou Wilson, 80, passed away at her home in Batesville on Sunday, March 1, 2020.
She was a retired office and accounts manager. Among her many interest, she enjoyed music, playing pinochle, was a good artist, and an excellent cook. She also loved birds and of all kinds, especially hummingbirds. Mrs. Wilson loved her family dearly and will be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother.
Left behind to cherish her memory is her loving family, which includes, one daughter, Nellie Wilson of Como: one son, Sammy Joe Wilson, Sr. (Vickie) of Batesville; six grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren and one great-great grandson. She was preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, Billy Eugene Wilson. A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, March 5, 2020 at Magnolia Cemetery in Batesville. Visitation will be held at Dickins Funeral Home from 5 -8 p.m. on Wednesday, March 4, 2020. Dickins Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
