Obituary for Chester Lee Rowland Jr.
Chester Lee Rowland, Jr. 48, passed away on Sunday, August 23, 2020 in Hernando, MS. He was born on June 20, 1972 in Clarksdale, MS to Ginger Ann Lindley and Chester Lee Rowland, Sr.
Chester was self-reliant and a unique individual that blazed his own trail in life. He enjoyed nature and loved all animals, especially his dog, Bully. He was a mechanic, an excellent marksman and lived off the land by gardening, hunting and fishing. Chester loved his friends and was a great friend to have. He will be remembered as a loving son, brother, uncle and friend.
Left to cherish his memory is his mother, Ginger Ann Lindley of Senatobia; three sisters, Pamela Hill (Jamie) of Batesville, Virginia Thomas of Senatobia and Terrie Lynn Rowland of Tunica; three brothers, John Rowland (Vanesa) of Senatobia, Edward Rowland (Sarah) and Timothy Rowland of Southaven; and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father. Ray-Nowell Funeral Home has been entrusted to handle arrangements.
