Obituary for Bobbie Clee Leeton (Goodnight)
Mrs. Bobbie Clee Leeton, 85, passed away on Saturday, November 9, 2019 at Oxford Health and Rehab.
Mrs. Leeton was born in Lafayette County, MS on April 22,1934 to Susie Goodnight and Wash Goodnight. She was a longtime member of Cold Springs Methodist Church. She loved the outside and especially enjoyed raising flowers and working in her garden. She loved her family dearly and will be remembered as a devoted mother and grandmother.
Mrs. Leeton is survived by two daughters, Charlotte Leeton of Sardis, MS and Linda Thompson (Clyde) of Wyandotte, MI; two sons, Tommy Leeton (Judy) and Danny Leeton (Angie) all of Sardis, MS; one sister, Lillia Prince of Batesville, MS; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, The Late C.B. Leeton and her parents.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, November 14, 2019 at Dickins Funeral Home in Batesville, MS. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 12-2 p.m. Interment will be in Cold Springs Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be sent to the charity of the donor’s choice. Dickins Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
